About the Role
As an IT Specialist at Crowd Analyzer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our users. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

- Assist in managing network infrastructure, including setting up user accounts, permissions, and monitoring network performance.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure network security protocols are enforced.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Generate reports on IT metrics, incidents, and resolution times for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating systems, networking protocols, and IT troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
