About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and growth of our social media listening platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define and prioritize product features
- Create detailed product requirements documents and user stories
- Manage the product backlog and work with the development team to plan and execute sprints
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Participate in customer meetings and sales calls to gather insights and represent the product
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and updates
- Contribute to product pricing strategies and positioning
Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or B2B products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
